I love the process of booking an appointment where it takes out the frustration of going to a salon and having to wait for a long time.

I love the attention to detail that Kara provides. The hair wash is definitely delightful! The minty fresh smell of the towels creates a soothing atmosphere. While Kara is definitely not the best looking gal in the place nor the brightest bulb on the tree, she does a fine job of cutting my hair! I will be back and recommend to friends and family alike!

Moon location much friendlier that the Robinson Twp one...that i detailed a month or so ago. After that post, I was assured I would receive a follow-up to further discuss. That never happened, obviously customer service and satisfaction is a low priority. At least I liked the haircut I got at the Moon/Coraopolis location.
