We love our stylist, Jamie! However, we need to voice our opinion about the app. We know it isn't an appointment app but it is very difficult in our busy lives to try to log in and get on a schedule (that isn't a schedule). Some times it goes quicker, slower, people cancel and bumps our slot to another and our lives are crazy to begin with; we sometimes try a whole day to get in and wait. If it wasn't for Jamie, we would have found somewhere else a long time ago solely because of not being able to plan ahead. This is especially hard during holidays, school pictures, vacations, etc.

Jamie O’Brien is an outstanding stylist and the reason I keep coming back to SportClips. She always goes above and beyond. She represents the brand incredibly well. Whatever you are paying her, pay her more!

The hair dressers are efficient and skilled. The added amenities of a wash and shoulder massage machine are delightful regardless of the added cost.
