It's the excellent care that is given. You walk out feeling refreshed and a bit relaxed especially when you get the MVP treatment. No matter what the sports clips location i visit the treatment is the same.

I submitted to be on the list in the app. It said 16 minutes. Just as I pulled up, it took me off the list. Then I had to wait 23 minutes. Not cool.

I had my haircut and informed the hairdresser that I wanted my haircut in a specific way. She said “the customer gets what the customer wants.” But when the hair cut was done. I’m very displeased because the left side of my hair was arched while the right side was straight as I wanted. I requested I didn’t want sideburns but she faded it instead. I enjoyed the conversation but I’m hesitant of going back unless Kelly does my hair. I just wish she works more on the weekends.
