Lisa was very thorough in cutting my hair, even though it was a buzz cut. She made sure she cut all the "stragglers".

The app is ok, the price is ok for a basic cut, the sports theme is gimmicky but not bad. The neck massage and hot towel are dumb in my opinion so I don’t get them. Typically, I get pretty good stylists. The last stylist I had, Jelly Bean, was great. I will definitely go back to her. The conversation was great but not forced like I have had sometimes in the past.

This girls are great. My fade is not great this time around which is annoying but I stopped coming in because of the wait times and just shaved my head at home. I bring my son in because he doesn’t want his head shaved and we use the app which makes it better at least but still super long waits. This time I couldn’t do mine at home so I came in for my self and my son and the wait time was reasonable but my hair cut wasn’t great but it grows fast so I’ll shave it in a day or two. I scored a 9 not because of the hair cut but because the wait times are always way long and if they were like this time, I’d probably come in myself more often.

I went in spur of the moment because I was unhappy with a haircut from somewhere else and wanted it fixed before going to work. I got in quickly and got the best haircut I'e had in 3 years. Thanks Lisa I've had endless compliments!!!!
