Service was excellent! The wait was intolerable. I arrived at the appointed time and I waited at least thirty additional minutes. I was within five minutes of leaving, and going to Super Cuts. I believe the scheduling system has serious issues.

The app creates awkward interactions with customers when you select a stylist. The last two trips I have had there the app has put me in long waiting situations where the other customer has had an issue with me being the next client. Not sure of the problem but the app is terrible.

Good haircuts, shampoo etc if you want, personable stylists/conversation, senior discount, online scheduling or walkin service. Nataya gave me the best haircut I've had in a long time.
