Usually get a good cut at a good price. I've been a customer for about 15 years, and normally have no issues. I don't like to complain, but 3 of the last 5 visits have been a bit less than satisfactory. The 1st my cut was way short, 2nd was very good, 3rd I had to wait over an hour because they thought I had left until another customer said he's been sitting here.4th was good, last one the sides were uneven, and I didn't notice until I got home.

Lilly is the main reason I go to this location. She is friendly, professional and takes pride in her work. If it weren’t for Lilly I would drive twice as far for a sports clips because of the rental car company next door to this location takes up the whole parking lot. The rental car company even has the audacity to park their cars directly in front of sports clips. I often have to park in an adjacent parking lot and walk to sport clips. This needs to be addressed.

Was looking for something new and fresh feeling. Stylist offered a foil cut and also added that winter months would be a good trial period as my scalp would be less likely to burn. I love the cut as does my wife. WIN WIN!
