Convenient sign in with the app so I don't have to wait in the lobby for too long. Getting a nice shampoo after my haircut so I'm clean and ready to go to work. Don't have to worry about all the cut hair getting everywhere. Nice upbeat atmosphere with sports playing. The haircut itself is usually very good and doesn't take very long. Overall I like the experience.
