Madi is the BEST, Period. Madi knows her customers, treats her customers well. She knows her customers by name and their expectations. Madi is a PRO …always inquires as to how I want my haircut because she knows I have seasonal preferences (short summer - left more full in winter & a spring\fall length that I personally prefer. Madi is a true gentleman’s barber and purposefully attends to having her customer well groomed.

Sports clips haircuts are generally good. Occasionally very good. Rarely bad. Staff is friendly. Online check-in is easy. It’s my go to. On my last visit my stylist informed me she didn’t take any notes from the previous cut like she said she would. Disappointing considering I loved my last haircut. We tried to recreate it but ended with a haircut that was just ok. Nothing technically wrong with it, I just don’t like it. It will grow back in 6 weeks and I’ll try again.

The haircut lady, Haley- didn’t really talk much and she dropped the clippers on me and didn’t say anything and then I had to request for her to blow off my head, since she didn’t just do it. It was pretty bad, I’m not satisfied with Haley & her work.

The haircuts are always reliably good and efficient (I'm always finished within half an hour, even with the MVP treatment with the wash). I also appreciate learning about the different shampoos and what they specialize in treating. The associate was very knowledgeable but also did a great job with the haircut.
