I like the flexibility to get a haircut without scheduling days in advance. I like the atmosphere. Kailey cut my hair and done very good and thorough job. She is enjoyable to talk to and made it a good experience.

My stylist did a fantastic job, totally made me feel welcome and didn't pressure me or make me feel uncomfortable in any way. They should get a raise! The mvp always helps me feel refreshed from my day and really helps me because i despise my hair when its dry and greasy. I'll come back every time to sports clips because its affordable the stylists are real people who love their jobs and every cut or alteration is spot on. Seriously give this Woman a raise.

I love using the neck trim once (occasionally twice) between cuts. This is why I am a loyal customer. The haircuts are mostly very nice - some of the stylist are not as good as others. I have found over the years that the stylists that rush are always the ones I'm not happy with. One concern over the years I have been a customer - the MVP massage/shampoo process keeps getting shorter and shorter - I'm not doing it as much because if doesn't feel as worth it as it used to.

Love taking our boys to Sports Clips in Orem! The MVP service is a hit—haircuts, wash, hot towel, and massage make it a memorable experience. The stylists are great and the boys enjoy chatting with them. Great place, we get in quickly using the App, and I highly recommend.
