It was a terrible experience. The girl that cut my hair didn’t do a good job at all. She didn’t follow my instructions on how to cut my hair, and also as soon as I got there first thing she asked me was if I had made the appointment online and when I said no she reply oh everybody doesn’t make appointments online like she was frustrated, honestly the worst haircut ever I had with her

This time around, I went for a skin fade and they did it perfectly! In the past when I asked them to blend a 1 into a 2, it was always inconsistent.

I appreciate the online check in and the low wait times. I also appreciate how attentive the stylists are. They take their time, ask if I need anything else, and are generally pleasant conversationalists. I especially appreciated Hailey in my last visit-she was thorough and attentive.
