I enjoy the MVP, but in reality just being able to maintain my short haircut (shadow on the top with skin on the side and a mid-level fade) is quite an undertaking in the current retail environment where a traditional barber is becoming scarce. Missy is a professional and she’s very confident with her shears. We have great conversation and she makes my visits more valuable to me every time she’s there.

Its just a nice place to go, the stylists are friendly, and the MVP is relaxing and fun. Its not just a simple 30 second shampoo, but its a good shampoo and hot towel, plus a little massage, followed by the shoulder massage. Its a nice experience for a relatively decent price

I really appreciate the personal service that Liz has provided, she has been so attentive to accommodating my needs (I'm not big on change). I lost my stylist of several years about 6-8 months ago due to her relocation. I was unsure of expectations walking into a "chain". She welcomed me with open arms and helped me with signing up on the app and making me feel welcome. Ever since we have now established a relationship where I show up, sit in the chair and she provides absolute excellent service. I'm so lucky to have met her. She is absolutely wonderful.
