Staff is friendly and I have always gotten a great haircut.

The staff was kind however did not know what I meant by a low fade, she also did not really tell me what she was going to do. I told her what I wanted she gave me some suggestions I made small adjustments and she said ok and just started cutting without telling me that she was giving me a very high fade instead of a low fade/trim which I clearly stated I wanted. This is also the second time I’ve had a bad haircut where so it is quite unfortunate to get yet another bad experience.
