I’ve been feeling really down lately and I was in a terrible mood when I went in for my haircut the other day. Cheryl picked up on it and so kind during my whole haircut. Offering encouraging words and I left with a great haircut and my day was made. She needs a raise!

at times i feel morales is down and at times not enough help / staff.. Plus stylist are just looking to get done asap or not going thru the stages as a MVP guy for 20+ years but the palm beach location has gone through manager issues which hope has been resolved or training gets better.. Hope this helps due to we need this here
