I was waiting for Kris for a half hour, a father and son came in, waited 10 minutes, then they both got haircuts ahead of me. The son with Kris, the father with another lady. In Kris' defense she asked if she could take me first ahead of the son, since I had been patiently waiting , but the idiot father said no. I had to wait ANOTHER half hour for Kris .....You'd think the father would have apologized to me, but no. I felt like I needed a timecard for the amount of time I spent there .
