I like the friendliness from all of the staff. It doesn’t matter who you are and who’s cutting your hair on a particular visit, you are always greeted and assisted as needed. I’d like to highlight a stylist from my last visit. Joeanna knows exactly how I want my hair cut, but verbally confirms before she gets started. She’s willing to make suggestions about my hair that perhaps I didn’t consider. I really appreciate not being treated as just another customer!
