I like how the hair stylists do a very good job cutting my hair and receiving feedback. The hair stylists make it noticeable that they care about giving you a good haircut. For example, when Sarah cuts my hair, she does a thorough job cutting my hair and making sure that’s she’s covered all the different aspects (asking questions to make sure the haircut is what I want, etc.). The extra effort and care is why I continue to go to SportClips for haircuts.

Like ability to sign in but the app is wonky at times. I like that you keep track of my haircut preferences. I do not like your prices, it is expensive for a basic haircut. I also am not a fan of the high pressure sales for products or when you are selling multiple haircut passes.

Again , Sarah, who also doubles as the manager was spot on with her haircut. Make sure you use the app when booking a cut with Sarah. If you are a walk-in you could be waiting hours. She is in high demand.
