The consistency - been a client for 4 years had the same stylist for over 3 of them - having the ability to hop online - schedule a hair cut anf then walk in, be warmly greeted and get a haircut w/ a little pampering, have to have a double MVP - and knowing it's going to be a great expirence every time!!! Kirsten has been my stylist for years at the Indian School location - she is the best!!
