Phoenix: 7th St and Bell, Stylist: Sara, Best experience my 5 yr old son has had!!! I called ahead of time to verify if availability as it was a last-minute decision and they were still able to get us in with a reasonable time. While I was on the call, I did make the stylist aware that we have had some bad luck when it comes to clipper use on my son as he has repeatedly been injured either by a cut or burn even from a kid salon. During his haircut, she was very cautious and communicated with him and accepting when he was communicative with her she even let him feel the clippers to see that they were cool and not hot in the moment he mentioned they started to warm up even if they weren’t hot. She did pause and that specific part of the haircut and went onto a different piece of the cut to let the clippers cool down for him. This was the first successful, close shave, cut we were able to get for my son and I really appreciate how patient and willing she was!
