The stylist Sierra makes the experience fantastic. She is very kind and personable while maintaining her professionalism. I always get compliments on her haircuts. Everyone else I have encountered at the Five Cities location has been very kind. Cynthia has gone out of her way as well to help facilitate me getting a haircut when I was pressed for time. She has done an amazing haircut as well and I received compliments on her services also. Highly recommend this location based solely on the stylists and their abilities and personalities.

Service is consistent and the facilities are always clean and organized. The queue system works well. Sandra is who I usually go to and she’s very customer oriented and is a big reason why I am a loyal customer.

I love the VIP after a hair cut getting a shampoo, hot towel and shoulder massage is key. Do not allow you folks to let down on this as it is what I come back for. Some do great and others "mail in in" they need to understand at least for me it's 100% why I come in.
