Gen was amazing as always! She took her time asking me questions during the client consultation thoroughly. As a former employee for this location, the staff has excellent customer service and very welcoming. It was nice to see and visit my old coworkers last Thursday. Getting the Ultimate MVP was so relaxing and refreshing on a hot day. They do have the options if you want a hot or chilled towel and limited new scents.
