I waited over a month to get in to have Gen cut my hair, I kept missing her. She is a terrific asset to your company and a wonderful hair cutter. She always listens to what I say and asks questions to make sure she gets it right. My husband also had her do his hair and commented on how he likes how she actually listened to him. What a gem!

Janet took the time to listen to me and figure out how to best cut my hair despite a challenging cowlick. The MVP Ultimate was also a great experience and I didn't feel rushed.

Ryan at the port orchard location is amazing with my 9 year old son. He listens to him, talks with him and truly treats him like a customer. He asks his likes and dislikes concerning his hair cut and brushes the itchy hair off as he cuts, he also understands how to cut hair with multiple cow licks, so that it doesnt grow sticking straight up, which is amazing. Caleb talks so highly of the place and said its the best place he has ever gotten a hair cut! He also does the mvp treatment everytime too which he thinks is just the coolest. Great place for boy hair cuts! We recommend Ryan. My husband even started going there. Great place, great business.
