Loved that the Padre game was on so my grandson was happy while they cut his hair and MJ was super nice and informative asked a lot of questions to my grandson so he would get the haircut he wanted. Little pricey though and did not like they charge more for shampoo but definitely was a great experience.

I like the aesthetic of Sports Clips. My one complaint is that EVERY promotion I have ever received from Sports Clips - email offers, loyalty cards, coupons, etc. are for your MVP service. As I do not like the MVP services, I have never been able to take advantage of any loyalty benefits. Please consider offering percentage off or other similar offers that are note solely MVP offers.

I actually found your store because I went to High School with an employee that I went through middle and high school with. After losing my hair stylist for years because she moved away. I ran into Janice Bloom one day years ago and she let me know she was a stylist. I have been with her for years. She was at a different place when I first started getting my hair cut from her. I followed her to your facility because she transferred to your establishment. I only trust the people I know and she definitely fits that category.
