Your beta test on the scheduling system is flawed. I scheduled an appointment between a 1/2 period. I received a message indicating my stylist would be ready at a certain time so I left my home planning to arrive on time. In the same message I clicked on "details" and it told me my stylist would be ready in 53 minutes I delayed my arrival. I later received a second message saying my stylist would be ready in 15 minutes and when I arrived on time my stylist informed me that I missed my appointment. Remove the "details" from your first message. It creates confusion. I am a very long time patron of Sports Clips and the "old" system is fine. Doug [LAST NAME REMOVED]

I have been coming to Sports Clips for years. The only person I let cut my hair is Hanna. She is an asset to Sports Clips. You are lucky to have her, but Iam sure you know that. I feel you have a lot of great stylist's in your Short Pump store. But Hanna is one of your best.

Getting a hot towel facial with a massaging shampoo can be addictive. This is in addition to a great haircut. Kristen is a skilled stylist and gave me a great haircut.

Kristen always gives great service and honestly the best haircuts I have ever had are with her. She provides extremely good communication, provides great suggestions/recommendations. Additionally, she has wonderful attention to detail and takes her tie to provide the BEST EXPERIENCE!
