I was very frustrated today. I checked-in online right when check-in was available, at 905am. The wait time displayed was 45 minutes at that time, 950am. About 25-30 minutes later when I double-checked what time I needed to be in the store the time had changed from 950am to 1030am. This is not the first time this has happened to me when checking-in online and getting bumped. It defeats the purpose of checking-in online to not wait in the store for lengthy times and getting bumped like this on more than one occasion is reason for me to not come back and share the story with others, discouraging them from the business.

My two sons ages 18 and 13 received haircuts at sport clips. The stylist Jasmine D. Cut both of my boys hair. She was friendly, attentive and very talented. Teenagers can be very particular about how their hair is cut. But Miss Jasmine listened to their requests and created the look both boys wanted. We were very satisfied with her attention to detail and precise clipper skills. We will definitely be back soon.

I appreciate that I can get a consistent haircut. I do NOT appreciate how loud everything is the building. Between the blaring tvs, the hair dryers, and the vaccuums I can't hear a thing that I'm being asked. I understand the dryers and vaccuums but seriously, the employees should be able to turn the tvs down to a sane level.
