The service was very nice ...I walked in and I was seated immediately..... The receptionist asked me how would I like to have it cut and I told her surprise me... It turns out she did a wonderful job..... I was commented a lot today about my hair...Reenoka did a wonderful job n I was very happy... I hope she continues with cutting hair in her career.... I will never forget her smile.....

Love the massage/hair wash on first visit. Great selling point plus the free 30 day trim around ears and neck. The scheduling of appointments online with choice of times won me over. I really enjoyed my first appointment and considering a more permanent place for hair care!

I have serious chemical sensitivities so I'm glad I have found a shop where I can get a good haircut without getting sick. No strong chemicals or fragrances!

There are very few places that cuts my hair the way I like it. I have maintained a short military style haircut for 40 years. Few places feel comfortable cutting the sides with no guards.

This sports clips has always been my go to. It was even better when I found my stylist Rhoda. She has always been a pleasure to get my hair cut with. She is nice, reliable, great to talk to and has always been caring about me and other clients from what I’ve noticed. She has been cutting my hair for a while now and knows me by name, even after I moved and came back to visit Richmond. She asked how I was doing and we chatted like I had never moved. The other staff has always been helpful before Rhoda started cutting my hair, when I am waiting for my turn or when I would call to ask any questions. This is my favorite sports clips by far. Great work team!

Ariel is a fantastic stylist, she took my requested haircut and made some suggestions that ended up looking so much better! She also made great product recommendations for styling, and of course the triple play is always great, a nice little pampering moment.
