Your online check in is very often problematic. It’s impossible to rely on your time estimates since they can change frequently, especially if they’re an hour or more out from when you made it. Stylist Danielle is great. No issues with service.

A friendly environment for kids and grown-ups to get quality hair cuts and other services. I always bring my son for his monthly haircuts. We always have a good experience. Sport clips is part of my son self care routine. We always see the same stylist, she takes care of detail, she provides good service.

The quality of my experience varies with the stylists. At the beginning & with those stylists who had been there longer, they still know how to give a decent, enjoyable massage of the scalp. But many of the newer ones gave a halfhearted 2 second touch and called it a massage -- ridiculous. Perhaps it comes down to better training? Don't assume that your trainees know what level of service you want to provide.

I have to say that I’ve been going to this location for many years now and it has always been a very professional and friendly environment. Lanee, my stylist now for about six months and counting couldn’t be more pleasant with her attention to detail and it’s been pretty impressive. See you next month Lanee!
