I’ve been to other Sportclips in other states and I received a much better pampering service. There was no massage on the hot towel and the hair wash was not condition with conditioner. I felt rushed as if the more clients you get the more tips you receive.

I like the virtual line up queue. How I can join the waiting list, see estimated times and how many people are in front of me. When I show up I rarely have to wait longer than 7 mins before it’s my turn once I check in. The location I go to is pretty clean and organized. Staff are friendly and I’ve been going to the same stylist for over 6 times now. I’m pleased with the prices and services

I like the service, and my hair stylist and will keep returning, but the reservation system has a lot to be desired. Even when only a 5 minute wait in the system, you could be waiting an extra hour. If you get a haircut at sportclips, be sure its on your "day off" or carve out at least 4 hours of your day as you have no idea how long you will be waiting.

I was there a week or so ago. It was the River Edge New Jersey location. Luis did a terrific job on me. I got a great haircut. He was very professional, and precise with what he did, asking me questions about what I wanted, checking with me to see how I liked it as he went along. He seemed to really care about how it turned out. He wanted it to look good as much as I did! He was very careful and took his time, so didn’t feel rushed like I sometimes do.

I’ve been going to the Sports Clips in Riveredge, NJ, for about a year now. Before that, I used to visit the Sports Clips in Edgewater, NJ. The main reason is the outstanding service I get from Victoria. She worked at the Edgewater location, and when it closed, I followed her to Riveredge. She’s incredibly respectful, very pleasant, and, most importantly, an excellent barber who carefully follows detailed instructions. At this point, I’d only let someone else cut my hair with great reluctance.
