I have never been to the Sports Clips in San Diego, but IF I could travel from TN to CA just for a haircut, I would. I'm 48 years old and have never had such an exceptional haircut experience. I was traveling home to Tennessee and needed a haircut and beard trim to surprise my wife on her birthday. I slowly approached the door at 8:55 am, hoping not to appear too demanding or needy, but under the stress of returning a rental car and making my flight in a few short hours. As I approached the door, I saw Jasmine smile through the window, while simultaneously flipping on the OPEN light, unlocking the deadbolt, and opening the door with a friendly smile. Concerned, I was there too early. I offered a short apology, but Jasmine responded with, "Nonsense, we're open, come on in!" Jasmine was pleasant and provided fantastic feedback and suggestions tailored to my hair type and styling preferences. She took time to explain the products she was using in detail and how I could benefit from their use. Even after I stepped out to my car, I returned with a question that she took the time to answer, while also showcasing the products she used in greater detail. I wish every haircut experience were as friendly and provided the same results as this one.
