Good system for members, good app to check out wait time, and to sign in by phone, enjoyable atmosphere with friendly and efficient stylists. Lonnie was an excellent representative of your business in ALL respects — plus a Padre fan and a Hoover High alum to boot! Everything time I go for my haircut it has been a great experience. The stylist listens to what I want and is willing to show me the progress in stages to get my approval. I never really get the same stylist every time I go in and that is probably my choosing. I go in every time as a walk in. I get the same fantastic service Everytime.
