The ability to basically make an appointment using your app and see where you stand in the lineup. For me it works perfectly. Also getting the exact type of haircut i want.

The stylists have always been really friendly. And with the exception of one visit I've always been very pleased with my haircut. The wait time is usually minimal, which I greatly appreciate as well.
