I like the app and the ability to schedule and get info on appointments. I like the prepaid mvp program especially when there is a sale on it. I like the relaxing message and hair washing. The hot towel on the face feels good but the fragrances don’t seem to work. I tried the leather fragrance but I couldn’t detect any scent other than the hot towel scent.
