I like to get my haircut on the spur of the moment often in conjunction with a nice walk, and therefore have a hard time with places that require reservations. I love that I can stop in and then kill 10 or 15 minutes at Whole Foods while waiting for my spot on deck. Yes it is potluck on who you get as a barber/stylist but it always seems to grow back just fine.
