Very hit or miss. My last stylist was not detail-oriented at all. Went as quickly as possible. The "head massage" consisted of 3 rubs and that was it. "White-walled" me behind one ear and the back was not even.
I have been cutting my hair on my own for past 2 years. My wife finally talked me into getting it done professionally. But then I get a crappy cut? Why pay $40 when I can do a better job myself?!?
I've been coming to SportsClips for several years now, and when I found "TRI" I have not gone anywhere else! When Roosevelt, Seattle, closed I did not get a haircut from August 2024 until
today, when I found "TRI" and the Aurora, Seattle location! Happy to get another clean cut from "TRI" and SportsClips!!!!! Thanks!! [FIRST NAME REMOVED]
Christine did a nice fade on me. I was running around looking for a cut before the weekend and the nearest barbershop was SportClips. I had a 30 minutes wait which was okay since I wasn't really in a rush that day. But a haircut + massage shampoo + steamed towel, all that for only $31 is always gonna be a steal. Overall, I am very content with the services.
I have to give a big shout out to Christie. It was clear when I arrived that she was not having the best day, and she shared that with me that sadly she had found out earlier in the day that a family member had passed and yet, she came and was still at work. She was heading home early after my appointment, but dang my heart really goes out to her.
Other than that I really really really appreciate the online check in system and how that I can do that and not just come in and wait for an appointment. Not that I wouldn't wait though as Christie gives me a banging haircut!
I felt a bit rushed through my MVP service. I understand that SportClips is busy but if there was more staff on hand it the stylist wouldn't need to rush through my hair cut and MVP.
Dena has been doing my son’s hair now for around 3 years. He won’t go to anyone else! He is so particular about his curly hair and she always takes the time to listen to what he wants and give him exactly what he needs. Thank you Dena!
