Thanks. For the first time in 11 yrs I got a feathered/layer haircut. It looks great now, a couple of months later. Flowers to the Lady that gave me the cut. She's the manager I think. Peace Out

Mostly, I am pretty happy. Here are some things I would like to see. -The ability to make an appointment. My haircut is VASTLY different depending on who does it. The sign-in system doesn't work near the end of someone's shift, and you can't make an appointment in advance. The scalp massages used to be better. Again, depends on who you get. The hot towels used to be hotter and have more of an activating agent on them as well. That part of the MVP has gone from great to Meh.
