Convenience, easy to get in, even as a walk-in. Price, all your stylists listen to what I say regarding the particular style and length I prefer when I get my haircut at the Shoreline/Westminster location. I'm very pleased with this location and level of customer service.

The App and knowing wait times is great! The sports are a nice distraction from work / kids...maybe even relax during the haircut. Between two locations, I've had over 10 different folks now and every stylist has been super nice.
