Tina provided great service. Although I arrived before closing, since the store was busy, I did not make it to the chair until after the store had closed. Tina still took her time and did not rush to leave sooner. Conversation picked up where it left off last time, and she asked about my friend who has joined me on previous visits. Tina not only does her job well, but she also adds a personal touch that makes customers want to return.
