I really like Lauren at Simi Valley she's the best. I like the app. Schedule my visit and then I'm in and out fast. It's clean and the A/C works great.

Improve your online scheduling! When I check in online, the wait time for the hairdresser I select is sometimes an hour and a half. But that's not the problem; I can easily schedule myself to arrive at the correct time. The problem is when I arrive and my name is not listed on the check-in board! Your system has somehow lost the fact that I checked in online. So now when I register at the desk I have to wait another hour. This is extremely annoying, and a waste of my time. I hope you can fix this, because I'd like to keep getting my haircuts at Sports Clips, but not if this problem persists.

Jessica at the Simi Valley Sport Clips is amazing! She consistently takes her time to make sure my haircut is just right every time. Her attention to detail and professionalism really stand out. This was our first visit to sports clips for my 4 year old. He has never been happy with getting his hair cut and he would really struggle with the experience. I was SO impressed with Gloria. She was so kind to my child and actually listened to his concerns about getting his hair cut. His hair looks so good and he didn’t even get upset once. I will absolutely be going back because of Gloria!
