I went in to support the St. Baldricks promotion. The sytyist who cut my hair cut it way longer then the two inches up top that I requested. Said it would be great and it appeared that way wet. Dry-looleked like akid cut not business professional.The same stylist went ahead and rang me up from his computer screen when I was using the customer touch pad and was attempting to donate $40 usd. He then tells me he cant reverse the transaction that he did from the front. In this economy people dont have cash for a bad cut and a stylist that doesn't listen.
