So happy to have discovered this hidden gym. I was looking for the name of another facility in the area and discovered SportClips. Within seconds of going to the webpage I knew I needed to try it. The MVP service is completely worth it and very competitively priced for the area. Other facilities with less service and attention to detail charge the same. The whole experience was perfect. I will be going here for all my hair care needs now and recommending to any friend that will listen!

Amber is the best, I keep randomly getting her as a stylist because I never have time to make an appt and I have just been extremely lucky to get her as a "first available" I will be seeking her out going forwards as she has consistently been both a great stylist and provided much needed relief from a crazy schedule. She allows me to fully relax knowing she will cut my hair perfectly and I can leave clean and confident.

I believe my artists name was Amber, please forgive me if that’s incorrect. However she was very kind and helpful throughout the entire process. She gave me a clean haircut, offered a hair wash and hot towel due to it being my first time there, and even provided recommendations for jobs in the area after I mentioned that I was searching. She was great and I will return to this location due to her hospitality.

When stylists were done with clients they all were doing things at their stations and didn’t acknowledge us at all. It took a while for anyone to say something to us. All three had finished their clients and we were only people in the store. I felt it was odd nobody said anything, not even “we will be with you soon” nothing. It was odd.

Sync your customer database systems across all locations. I hate going to location A then a few months later go to location B and they don't have my information and I forget what haircut I did because I don't prioritize remember that stuff. Sometimes I skip or procrastinate going to Sports Clips because of this
