The associates do a great job of listening to me try to explain what I need (which I’m terrible at) and find the right fit. There’s no “pressure” for upsell but they do offer services and products so you can have options .

The stylist was great and took care of my hair, I understand my hair is difficult and so have a stylist that understands my type of hair is very important luckily most of the stylist that I’ve had were great at cutting hair, so I keep going back.
