Jasmine is ALWAYS fantastic! The first thing she says is, "Are we doing the same pixie cut or something new". It has been a while since I've been able to get my haircut but she remembers how I like it and checks in regularly during the cut to be sure each step of the cut is the right length and shape. She takes her time and I never feel like she is rushing me. I also like how the other stylists are helping each other clean the floor of hair and everyone of them greets customers who come in. My hair is very thick so it gets all over the floor very quickly. Jasmine and her collogues clean up as my hair is trimmed to prevent a slip and fall.

She was willing to meet all my request from shaving my beard all off to fixing my eyebrows up to giving me cold and hot towel and informing me about the new scents for them. I’m not so much interested in the products as much as I am your employee. Sofia is amazing and can easily carry a conversation with me or even with my daughter when she has to be with me. My initial visit with Sofia years ago was just by chance but she has now made me a regular customer because of the ongoing positive interactions that I have. I will be back and I will once again request Sofia for my cut/trim.
