The atmosphere is relaxed and you have good cutters, at least at my location. I love the manager, Patti, as a stylist and how she runs her location. I utilize the Springfield, MA location exclusively.

Brittany is my preferred stylist and has been for the past 5 years or so. I am always impressed with her calm, kind, professionalism.
