Keenan did an awesome job! He was very professional and thorough. He listened to what I was asking for and check in with me throughout the cut to make sure I was happy with the style and length. I will be sure to ask for him next time. Even when using the app to check-in and reserve a spot in line, my wait time was still one hour long.

My 14 year-old son has a turbulent relationship with hair appointments. Everywhere I’ve taken him, the end result has caused him to lose all faith in stylists. He did Not go in to his appointment happy, expecting another terrible result. When we arrived, his mood was sour and his attitude towards Dana - his stylist - was borderline rude. Thing is, Dana let all his attitude just roll off her shoulders and she just kept the conversation going. She put him in the drivers seat and gave HIM control. She didn’t do anything without his permission and in the end, this kid was Smiling. He thanked her and as we were walking out asked, “Can we come here from now on?” Plus, getting the hot towel and massage as a first time guest . . . Best experience EVER. **Thank you** from a relieved momma.
