I really like the Shampoo, the hot steam towl, and face message after the haircut. The hair product that put in my hair and shoulder message at the end.

During the haircut I felt a scratching sensation a few times but I didn't think much of it at the time. About half an hour after I left my neckline started to have a strong burning sensation and when I had someone look at it they said the whole area was bright red and irritated. I'm not sure what happened but I've never had an ear and neck trim hurt like that. The stylist was nice so it was an odd thing to have happen.

I miss the old MVP. The ridiculous massager they use does nothing but give me a headache. It’s been a while since I’ve been in and I was quickly reminded when the girl asked to upgrade me to the MVP + or whatever you call it and she said you get two warm towel. I said oh like the old MVP and she said yes. So it was all a way to charge more. The girl was nice and did a great job with my hair just not worth paying the extra money like it used to be.

The first cut wasn’t great but I could have maybe described better what I wanted. Also the MVP wasn’t the best experience I’ve had better from you guys. I then came back in for a touch up and Sky did a wonderful job fixing it.

I my haircut is always done right. I really like the app, although i dont like that it becomes active 5 minutes after the store opens. Makes it somewhat irrelevant to me as I get there at 9. I think the price is fair and the haircut is always what I want.

I stopped going to sport clips a while ago but I thought I'll give them one more shot. But no they are no good at all. Always in a hurry, don't even listen to what kind of haircut the customer is asking for. I will not recommend them to anyone.

I go in for a trim and ask for 0 fade from my ears and taper out from that point. Then trim my top . The top would be trimmed down to make it look good. Before I realized she started 0 in the middle side of my head up. When it was done it looked stupid. When I got home I tried to cut a flat to but just used a # 3 clipper adapter and cut the rest off. So I have a $40 dollar haircut I could have done myself.
