I ask for a fade and they scalped my hair. I didn't want a high and tight. Just a nice short taperd fade. Then a little off the top that didn't happen. It's like a buzz cut with a tiny patch of hair on top. It's way to short can't evan really style it and looks awful with the shape of my face. I don't know why it's so difficult to just do it right. I spend 30 bucks to come out worse before I came in. I stopped going there cause of that but figured I'd give it another try and bam same thing but worse.Maybe that's how there trained but they need to learn to do it better.

I went in to get my neck trimmed in the Red Rock Commons location in St George last week. The electric razor she used left my neck in excruciating pain, probably because it was dull. I left the store bleeding and I realized that she missed several patches of neck hair, too. Not sure how she didn't see that she left so much hair. I won't be going back to get neck trims!

I don't appreciate waiting thirty minutes and then getting bumped back another twenty minutes. Once checked in I waited thirty minutes, I was on deck when a man walked in complaining it was going to be a twenty minute wait. She bumped me and took him back without saying a word to me. I felt like my time was not valued.
