I have always chosen Sports Clips for about 7 years now, and every time I come in my expectations are exceeded! Hairstylists always give excellent advice and go out of there way for you. For example I recently went in and left with a vast amount of knowledge about my hair. My Hairstylist filled my brain with things I should note about my hair, what kind of hair I have, and most importantly what products would work best for my hair! Sports clips will always be my number one.

I have a problem with the scheduling...the last three times I've gone to sport clips. It says the estimated wait time is 40 minutes, so I join the line. I show up 10 minutes before my estimated time. Check in. Then the time doesn't move. I literally sit in the store for another 45 minutes.and this last time there was one person in front of me. My haircuts take about 10 minutes and I waited a total of 1.5 hrs to get it. Who has time for that. Be honest with the times or don't do it at all. I think I have to be done at this point

The stylist are so worn, friendly and accommodating. They’re very knowledgeable about styles products and they took time to take care of my brother‘s needs as he’s in a wheelchair and they were very very accommodating.

Sky is a great hair stylist. Not only is great at cutting hair she is very professional and very good to be around. A suggestion is that your on line scheduling system needs improvement. It is cumbersome to use and your anticipated wait is far from accurate. This should be a very easy fix. Don’t let this scheduling system detract from a very favorable experience.
