It was not the fault of the staff, but waited for nearly 2 hours for my so. To get a haircut there was a problem with the system and then one or two people who were cutting hair left. You should give a free haircut coupon to us to be honest.
Maybe tell the older lady with glasses and short blond hair that teenagers don't want to be told loudly in public that their hair is greasy. My son was horrified and embarrassed. She was talking way too loud and she could have definitely found better words to use to get her point across. I'm on the fence if I want to bring my boys back, I will make sure we do not get this lady IF we do come back.
Everything was great this time. A while back i had a dude cut my hair there that had just come inside from sucking down a cigarette and smelled horrible and would not shut up about all the different products I "needed" after i politely declined multiple times. I avoid him now
My tech did a fantastic job! Great haircut and great conversation. Very personable and homey feeling. Would recommend and plan to come back to the same hairdresser again
Kristen made a couple mistakes but was quick to acknowledge them and was humble and attentive when asked to fix them.
Although, my last visit on April 22, Bianca cut my hair. It was honestly one of the worst haircuts I’ve ever received. From the start made it clear she was trying new techniques to cut time on the haircut because her last handful of haircuts raised her average cutting time (conversation she was having with another stylist). She cut the top first, clipped the sides second, then started to use texturizing sheers to blend the top with the sides. I stopped her from using the texturing sheers because it’s a lazy way to blend hair— as is cutting the top first. I’ve been to cosmetology schools where new students still getting their hours didn’t cut as poorly. She didn’t like when I asked her to make fixes and wanted to argue. She essentially rushed me out. I ended up having to fix the long, uncut strands of hair and even it up after I got home. She was also very distracted during the entire visit— constantly looking around and not focusing on the haircut in front of her. I never received an email to submit a review for her. To see Bianca’s picture on the wall depicting her as the employee of the month shows me how far Sport’s Clips has fallen. You need to appreciation for stylists like Kristen who take constructive criticism and have the desire to grow and prioritize customer satisfaction. Or Oakley, who yesterday cut a toddlers hair while making him feel comfortable with her bedside manner and professionalism. Not employees like Bianca who’s going for speed stats and doesn’t care about customers.
Great service as always. Took the time to get my hair cut correctly, and made it fun while it was being done. I cant thank Bianca enough. Im 100% satisfied with my haircut.
My stylist Mel has done great and will be the only stylist I will visit. She is consistent in the way she cuts my hair and friendly which is why I will always go to her.
