I went in with no idea of how to explain what it was that I wanted but the woman that helped me (Mindy?) was able to know exactly what it was that I wanted. Honestly, it was the best haircut experience I've had in more than a decade.

I have a great relationship with my stylists (Jocee or Natalie) and I always receive the very best care. She listens and always seeks my input before cutting my hair. She often reminds me of the options when I arrive, ie... hair washing & conditioning, cold/hot facial towels, chair massage. It's been a great experience every time I visit.

It was easy to get a haircut, made an online appointment. I was greeted when I arrived and my appointment was confirmed. I did not have to wait. The hairstylist gave me an excellent cut. She was courteous and paid attention to detail. I liked the fact you had Apple Pay. I'll be back.
