⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ BEST SPORT CLIPS EXPERIENCE I’VE EVER HAD! I don’t write many reviews, but this one is absolutely deserved. From the moment I walked into the South County Sport Clips, I was impressed. I used the online check-in feature before leaving home, and it worked perfectly. I walked in and was next in line within minutes. No wasted time sitting around waiting, which was a huge plus. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Every employee I interacted with greeted me with a smile and made me feel like a valued customer. You can tell this location takes pride in both customer service and professionalism. The shop itself was spotless. Everything was clean, organized, and well-maintained. The atmosphere was relaxed, upbeat, and comfortable from start to finish. Now for the real reason I’m writing this review: Kerri was AMAZING. I came in for a simple scissor cut to clean up my hair, and she did a fantastic job. But the true star of the show was what she did with my beard. Kerri took her time, paid attention to every detail, and completely transformed it. She shaped it, styled it, balanced everything perfectly, and gave me a look that was cleaner and sharper than I expected. It wasn’t just a beard trim. It felt like professional beard grooming from someone who genuinely takes pride in her craft. I also treated myself to the MVP service, and I cannot recommend it enough. The shampoo was incredibly relaxing, and the scalp treatment was hands down one of the best parts of the entire experience. Between the hot towel, massage, shampoo, and scalp treatment, I almost forgot I was there for a haircut. It felt more like a chance to unwind and recharge after a long week. What stood out most was how Kerri handled everything from start to finish. She listened, communicated clearly, paid attention to the details, and never made me feel rushed. You can tell she truly cares about her clients and wants them leaving the chair feeling confident. TIff makes you look and feel amazing. She cares about her people and really tries to make them feel special for the time your there. She recommends product but isn't pushy with it if you decline. I have gone to a few locations but I keep coming back to her because I know she will get it right

I've been going to Sports Clips for a few months now, and I've only had good experiences. The staff is always friendly, and most importantly to me, THEY TAKE THEIR TIME! I never feel rushed or pushed. I feel like every time I get my haircut they're trying to give me the best cut possible.
