Friendly staff, great results, comfortable environment. It actually is “fun” going because men don’t really have a place to go where we feel comfortable that replaces the old fashioned “will the barber” type of barber shop with the spinning red and blue round column outside. Overall just heart and also your willingness to customize (like I don’t like the massage part at all. It’s the vibration of the machine I find irritating but I do like my hair washed or scalp as I don’t really have a lot of hair. And how many places will do the beard shaving and do it right. No one.

Lauren is very talented, funny, and a great person to work with. It was my first time in, she made me feel welcome and gave me a great cut! The only reason the rating is a 9 instead of a 10 is because there was an issue with the line, where I was waiting and shown on screen as being next, but my name disappeared and I had to start all over. The team there was very apologetic, however, and ultimately made up for the issue.
