Received an excellent hair cut today with a new hairstylist for me, Joy. There seems to be high turnover at this site and that's the one drawback. You get to like a hairstylist, but they are not around for more than a year.

Just had a haircut from Donald at your St. Louis Park location. It was my first time at this salon, with Donald, and he gave me an excellent haircut. He took the time to listen to my concerns and met my expectations. I have had many bad haircuts in the past at other salons, but I am very happy with my experience today. I will definitely be back!
