Alyssa was absolutely outstanding. I’m a business owner myself, so I pay close attention to customer service, communication, retention, and how a location is being run. After my visit and conversation with her, it was obvious she is a major asset to this store.
She took the time to actually listen to what I wanted, gave honest advice, and made the whole experience feel personal instead of rushed. That matters. People remember when they are treated well, and that kind of leadership is what keeps customers coming back.
If sales are going up, customer loyalty is improving, and turnover is going down at this location, I would not be surprised at all if Alyssa is a big reason why. She carries herself like someone who truly cares about the customer experience and the success of the store. From one business owner to another, employees like this are hard to find and even harder to replace. Sport Clips needs to know they have someone special here.
