When I entered I was promptly greeted. When it was my turn Jaelene made me feel welcome and comfortable. Her people skills are a 10 out of 10. I am also very pleased with my haircut. It was also my first visit so I was a little anxious. Regardless the experience was positive from start to finish. No notes.

Tina was great! Professional, asked about how I wanted my hair to be cut, and most importantly, did a great job in cutting my hair. I will request her next month when I come back. This was my first visit to Sport Clips.

I've only been to Sports Clips at 2 locations so my opinion only validates those two spots: Marina and Sunnyvale. Sunnyvale has consistently shown me more professionalism and care in their work. Even when I get a new stylist, they always have something about them that is good. My last cut was done by Tina and in my opinion, her strength was in how thorough and careful she did the shampoo wash after the cut. Most stylists rush through this but she seemed to take more time to make sure she did it well. The employees are just so much more pleasant in Sunnyvale which is why I now usually wait until I make a trip to the Bay Area to specifically go to this location. (My family lives in Sunnyvale which explains why I'm traveling to Sunnyvale randomly.)
