The hair stylist is very professional with friendly conversation that helps support a comfortable and positive atmosphere, always gives the best haircuts and is the reason I will continue to go back. She remembers my haircut preferences and offers products that I might be interested in. The wash & rinse with massage chair and warm towel is my favorite because it's so relaxing.

The online check in is convenient along with the notification as a reminder to start leaving for the shop. This makes the overall wait time minimal in the shop. The stylist was very nice and accomplished what I asked for in a cut. The MVP treatment is not necessary even though I took advantage of it. It was more about rinsing out the loose hair.
