I get my haircuts at Sports Clips but your app for getting in line is hard to understand at time and I've had problems using it in the past. I still rated you a 10 but I based my rating on your stylists and not your phone app.

I always enjoy my haircuts at Sportsclips! Getting in line by email works great and reduces wait time. The barber I go to, Liz, is great. She knows me and how I like my hair cut. I always feel like I am looking my best when I leave. Recommend it 100%.
