App works well to save place in line. Stylists are friendly. Not sure they need to loudly interpret the hair cuts numerous times to greet each person that walks in the door. I get the principle but is it really necessary. Would be great if they would start straight razor work.

I like the amount of time it takes, I dint feel rushed why they still manage the customers in the list. Product samples are always great and I usually buy a few as needed.

I went in and got my hair cut by Kiante. She is hands down the best I’ve ever had there. Personable and professional. 10/10 would get cut by her again.

I like how I can check-in using my app as I’m leaving my house. They are ready for me when I arrive. No waiting! Been going to Sports Clips for years. Always have had great service.

My most recent visit (April 17, 2026) to Sport Clips was exceptional. As a retired military veteran with 20 years of service, I was once accustomed to a traditional “high-and-tight.” Those days are behind me, and I now prefer a more relaxed, tailored style. Ariana delivered one of the best haircuts I’ve had. The haircut turned out better than most of my previous visits, which is saying a lot given the consistency I’ve experienced over time. She took the time to understand exactly what I wanted, paid close attention to detail, and executed it with precision. I highly recommend this location and would confidently suggest requesting Ariana.
