I’m using the hair cut service from Sport Clips almost 10 years. It’s hard to find a very good barber who meets your expectations and even exceeds it. At least I can say I found one who is very professional, kind and exceeds the expectations. Her name is Sadie who works as a manager in Hazel Dale , Vancouver. She cuts my and my son’s hair every time and whenever I brought some of my friends to her they also like their haircuts and the way she treats them. I highly recommend Sadie and barbers in that branch.

I like the good service I receive. Sadie is very nice and knows how I like my hair cut each time I come in. Do not like the online check-in process. Went in before the time I was to check-in and board said 80 minute wait. Was told walk-ins bumped me back. There was only one person waiting with two employees working so why another 80 minutes? I should have been notified by text or something of this and would have made other plans. I was taken next as no other clients were waiting. Actually, if this is the Sports Clip online check-in policy I would have been waiting more than an hour. Definitely not like a restaurant call ahead seating procedure. Thank you
