#1Pre-book place in line-up for cut on app. Never waiting more than a few minutes. #2 MVP service is FANTASTIC. Never disappointed. #3 Stylists are great. Sometimes I like to chat, sometimes not. Hair is secondary to me, but they make the visit enjoyable either way.

My experience at this store has usually been great. However today was a poor experience. Brittany was extremely nice and tried her best but i think she needs more training. She took nearly an hour to cut a simple fade and didnt seem to know what it looked like. There was a lot of people waiting behind me or else i’d try to have her fix it. I’d be happy to continue using sports clips if i could get a refund or have this fixed by someone else
