Christina was excellent! As are most of the team. I like how you keep a profile on how my haircut should go -- this saves me from having to walk each team member through it (and I'd probably get it wrong...). As long as you're keeping a profile, why not add "Don't touch the eyebrow". Fortunately, each team member has asked, so there's never been an issue, but this seems like something that could be included.
