Service at the Westlake Village location is always great. There was a problem with the reservation system yesterday. I logged into the website and got in line. I was notified there was a 83 minute wait. Surprised that 10 minutes later I got another text saying my stylist would be ready in 15 minutes. I arrived on time and had to wait 35 minutes because my stylist was going on break. The reservation system glitched for many customers arriving at the same time. One after another.
