Vivian was the best technician I have ever experienced at your shop. She is the prime example of how a person in her job should interact with the customers She greeted, engaged in personable conversations while professionally doing the job, and she was truly interested in providing an excellent haircut. Also, the wait time was within the forecasted time and the store is kept clean
I hope to get Vivian on my next visits. I enjoyed our conversations

I like that every time I have gone to Sports Clips, I always get the haircut I want and whichever stylist I get always asks me exactly what I want. Also, on this particular day, there were only two employees there and those girls were rocking it. They deserve a raise, praise, and so much more. They were both attentive and never made me or anyone else feel rushed even though they knew they were going to get slammed.

Clarissa did a super job talking with me and taking time to understand my needs. Never felt rushed but also didn’t feel like the hair cut took too [LAST NAME REMOVED]. First time customer using a free coupon from donating blood with Red Cross. The shop is a bit out of my way so would like to use more often, but convenience is also important to me. Would be nice to have a SportsClips closer to 28451 zip code area.
