Andrea is always delightful and gives a great haircut. We are all victims of technology, it can be frustrating when the system tells me the time I should arrive and, on doing so 10 minutes early, I see there is a 40 minute wait. That is a tech failure that negatively impacts me. Andrea provided excellent service recovery. Fortunately I was not on a tight schedule and an extra wait wasn’t the end of the world.

Marie has been cutting my hair for the past year and I can not say enough about her abilities and friendliness. Prior to Marie I was going to the same stylist for over 20 years and was becoming less and less pleased with the quality of the cut for the price I was paying. The person seemed less and less capable of giving me a good cut. I was recommended to try Sportclips, and after going through 2 stylist who were only there for a short period of time I tried one more time and found Marie. I have been told I have a very thick head of hair and it can be difficult to cut. Marie knew exactly how to go about it and was very patient the first time to make sure she got everything just the way I wanted. Ever since then, I simply go in and Mary knows exactly what to do and I walk out with a perfect haircut each time. I am a schoolteacher and I go frequently probably once a month. I cannot say enough about Marie and her abilities and will continue to go to sports clips as long as she is there

My husband is disabled and has a hard time getting around. Everyone is so kind and helpful and well aware of keeping him safe getting in and out of the chair. Such a caring and compassionate staff!

Hey what’s going on guys?! It is I, James. Diane is my favorite hairstylist! She is so kind, proficient, and tender hearted person! I wish more people could be like her! Diane helped me to use my sports clip touchdown coupon! It could have been used on October but it’s all good! This month was the perfect timing to use it and I got half-price as the coupon said!
