The wide range of available days and times for appointments and for walk-ins. The first time I got a haircut at Sports Clips was when I got word my uncle in Indiana had passed away and I could not get an appointment with my regular barber. I was able to get in at Sports Clips--and had a great experience. This is now my "regular barber shop".

I was at the 72nd St. (Yakima, WA) location on Monday (05/12/2024). I received a haircut that I was less than satisfied with due to the blending of my hair not being very smooth, I didn't get upset, because I understood the employee was new/newer. I requested to sit and wait to receive another haircut to touch up my haircut to something with more blending. The lead or manager was able to fulfill my request and she understood my plight. I sat and waited for another more seasoned employee and left with my hair much shorter than I initially wanted, but very happy with the haircut and even more so with how the staff helped resolve my issue and treated me with kindness and professionalism through the whole ordeal. Thank you!
