I absolutely loved my experience! The communication was excellent from start to finish. Sandy, my hairdresser, was fantastic. She took the time to explain each step as she was cutting my hair, which made me feel comfortable and confident in the process. Her warm, welcoming personality instantly put me at ease, and it was clear she genuinely cared about getting everything just right. I left feeling refreshed, heard, and really happy with the final result. Highly recommend!
