I recently had a back surgery and I'm always in severe pain. I'm sure it makes it unpleasant to deal with me at times, mainly because I move slowly. The lady that cut my hair did a good job and was very nice, especially since I didn't know exactly what I wanted. She kept me in the loop while cutting to get where I wanted it. I even got a nice, much needed, beard trim. Also, signing in online while I'm on my way there allowed me to skip 5 people that were already waiting in the store.
