SSS carries a great selection of quality products. In addition, the sales and repair teams are experts in their fields. The sales team spends all the time needed to have questions answered and find the best product for the customer’s individual needs. SSS has exceptional customer support and stands behind their bicycles. The one time I had difficulties with a bike, they worked with me to fully resolve my concern. Their goal is to ensure the customer is completely satisfied with their purchase. My recent purchase is the sixth bike I’ve purchased at SSS for our household over the years. I think the fact that they’ve had our repeat business says it all!
