From a Senior's perspective: The group exercise classes--from aerobics to swim--are fun and beneficial. I am currently enjoying a Tai Chi class, since learning new things is supposedly good for the (rapidly) aging brain. The outside pool looks enticing. I am gathering the courage to do lap swimming, which I have enjoyed in the past. The front desk people are always kind and friendly, very welcoming. As my dearly departed mother used to say regarding the secret to old age: "Keep moving and don't fall down!"
I like all the classes - especially yoga, full body fit, body pump, etc. I like the pool, weight room and cardio machines. I like the fact that everyone who sits at the front desk greets all guests when entering the facility.
Penny, Loretta and Melanie are excellent Full Body Fit instructors! They’re fun, funny and make the class enjoyable. Aside from that, I appreciate the family-centered and community feel.
I’d like the beautiful Pickleball courts. The gym facilities are very nice as well but the best part about this YMCA is the staff. They are extremely friendly and helpful, and very professional.
I enjoy Breanna Cannon's yoga class very much. She makes people feel great and reset.
I also like just knowing there are so many things to do there if I ever have the time
