I love the covered parking in a real building, not just an overhang or shed. The van is always there for me and the van drivers are always professional, courteous and helpful. The drop off and pick up are always on time and the pre-pay option allows me to enter and exit incredibly quickly.

However, it’s incredibly difficult to understand why you cannot use points once your stat has begun. I paid a ridiculous amount of money for over a weeks stay and couldn’t use my FIVE free days because I didn’t make a reservation!! Incredibly frustrating and makes absolutely ZERO sense.
There was one problem when I exited and asked for a receipt the machine shot out the receipt and it flew on the ground. Hard to retrieve - grabbed one on the ground that I could reach after opening my door the small amount possible. Got home and discovered it was not my receipt but another one that had flown out on the ground too.
An adjustment needs to be made to that machine.
Your website should tell the customer they not only need to scan the parking code, they also need The Parking Spot purchase information (where you are parking). Other than that, your employees are professional and courteous. It's refreshing! I always use The Parking Spot when I have to travel, so does my daughter.
I like the auto scan in and out; the drivers are usually friendly and the vans clean. I usually go to Spot #1 as it is the most convenient for STL; please keep the reduced pricing for rooftop. The wait time for pickup at Terminal 2 Southwest varies. Some drivers automatically help with bags, some you need to ask.
